hi everyone! i want to know which are the rules in all this stuff! do i have to pay for doing my residence in the US? or the government pays it? if i must pay for it, where can i find the costs??? are there any loans???... thanks in advance . PS where can i find the available programs for residency?

I must think you are a medical student and an IMG (international medical graduate; I´m an IMG, too). The Residency programs pay you during your residency. The salary depends on the hospital and in each state, varies, but it´s an average of $3000/month, and it increases every year in your residency. About residency programs. www.ama-assn.org.
