Well
I got 12 patients
I think I did it pretty fine but still feel anxious
I ran out of time in three cases (neuro all) but can finsihed the PE, and can say good bye to all the patients One patient complaint of pain while doing the PE and I cannot conclude that encounter
I always counsel.
Just one case I had to repeat again the sentence I said and in other one the patient had to repeat his statement (Lol)
Always washed hands.
Always Did fundus exam, one patient was in a hurry, but i thought i did it pretty fine
always drape before Data gathering except one patient that wants to be right before starting the PE
Always answer all challenging
Felt very comfortable during the encounter
Always did PAM HUGS FOSS
Forgot to tell about pelvic exam in the future
Forgot to perform CVA tenderness in one case
rest of all , did everything My patient note was ok (i Think so) not always had time to write 5 dd
not always wrote 5 labs
many cross over (many)
can you tell, If I have to feel this anxious, cause after the test i felt confident but as time is going on, i feel like i failed in all
Please answer me

Does anybody passed eevn with this mistakes??
