The dx for MG is a trial of edrophonium,confirm with electromyelography.

EMG is most accurate for MG that will show decremental decreasein muscle fibers content on repetitive nerve stimulation.
If on exam, u r asked most accurate test n edrophonium n EMG r two separate choices, pick EMG
