Grade only tells you how differentiated the tumor is....But stage will tell you the tumor size lymph spread and degree of metastasis...Stage gives you more info than grade !!!
Maybe the USMLE should take examle from this system ......not the grade should matter but how hard we have studied and how long we have spent on the material LOL just kidding...but that is how i remember it...
