Arrive to court and don't disclose anything that is confedential about your patient.

Right! Physicians cannot tell anyone anything about their pt. without the patient's permission. Confidentiality is absolute.

NO, it isn't! There are excepions. see Tarasoff's decisions 1 & 2.
