hey guys who would a PD prefer for general surgery?
1) a guy with 2 US LORs, 1 month USCE, ECFMG certified by early Oct., Step 3 clear by November
OR
2) a guy with 3 US LORs (3rd one in late October), 2 months USCE, ECFMG certified by mid December, Step 3 by Jan/Feb
