I know that I have perhaps stupid questions but please help...
1.-What do people mean by draping pts? How much should we undress the patients? to underwear? and how are they dressed, normally? how it looks like?
2.-Should we examine in all pts head, chest, abdomen, extremities??

You don't have to undress the patients, they are dressed in gown, you have to cover them with a sheet during the PE. When you'll schedule your test they'll send you a video tape where you can have an idea about what's going on.Try also usmleworld.com.Good luck

you are allowed to examine everything, except:recta, female pelvic, corneal reflexes,breast.the rest is all yours. Why don't you try usmleworld.com is a very good website
