hello everyone... i got a 94 on my step 1, still waiting for my step 2 results. I am planning to take my cs in august 22. i was thinking about going into radiology for residency. where can i get some in depth info about what this field is all about. any idea , anyone? Also, which would be some good hospitals that offer radiology residency programs and are "img friendly" at the same time? Any idea as to how demanding academically and physically this field is? ... compared to ... say internal medicine or obg? does radiology residency programs require observerships as well? Any info regarding this will be greatly appreciated. thank you.

well, going to radiology is pretty tough. u have to contact the individual programs to ask for their requirements. generally, there is two types of programs (catogorical & advanced) for advanced programms, u need to have one year transitional or preliminary. no observership in radiology required. and neither will offer u obeservership

I think even 99/99 has lost its importence this year, well score wont woek for you untill you have some research experience or some contribution to this field.
