hi guys
i'm an img from india.have taken my steps 1&2. am planning to take CS in sep.i just wanted to know (like many others) how exactly do i decide which residency programs to apply to.??? i dont know which ones are good.... one criteria can be the place i want to work at. i would like to get into peds or IM. do they give peds to IMGs???
it'll be a great help if someone could tell me how do i go about choosing the right programs.
i would also like to know how soon should one apply to ERAS ??
