hi,
i am IMG from India and currently doing residency in UK in Psychiatry and was wondering if it will be tough for me to get residency in Internal Medicine in US cos of little experience in Medicine.what sort of scores wil i need to get to land up in medicine residency.

You'll need the best scores that you get. We hire residents every year who haven't had any US clinical experience.

But i want to know that does having psychiatry experience affect chances of getting residency in Internal Medicine.

It shows that you have been active clinically, that's a good thing. Affect it? How? Increase or decrease? That's all going to depend on you and your interviewing skills, etc.....
