In patients with amenorrhea, is the cervix always palpable in a vaginal exam? If the cervix is not palpable, what would you conclude?

well...one can touch and feel the 1/3 of cervix (which include cervix os) with yr 2 fingers(index and middle) slowing inserting one by one. also we can see the cervix by speculum.
