How you differentiate Bartter Sx Vs Connīs Sx ? Clinically and laboratory ?

clinically ....in bartter syndrome pt will be normotensive,present with nephrocalcinosis,growth retardation....
in conns ..pt will be hypertensive.....
laboratory..in bartter syn...there will be hypercalciuria...(hypokalemia and metabolic alkalosis ... occur in both...)
