Hi everybody, , you know, my love is the surgery. I`d like to read a book about surgery, nonmedical literature, like a novel. Do you know a very good, good book about surgery or great surgeons´s life ?? Thanks for your replies

1. Complications: A Surgeon's Notes on an Imperfect Science by Atul Gawande 2. The Scalpel's Edge: The Culture of Surgeons by Pearl Katz 3. The making of a surgeon by William A. Nolen 4. The Making of a Surgeon in the 21st Century by Craig A. Miller 5. Mortal Lessons: Notes on the Art of Surgery by Richard Seltzer. Richard Seltzer has more books but this is the one I prefer. "Complications..." is not only about surgery, but it's about several issues with which modern medicine confronts, I enjoyed reading it. Books number 3 and 4 are about surgery residency, interesting books.
