I have some questions about prematch.
When is the appropriate time for interview to get prematch (Oct, Nov,Dec or Jan)?
I know that there are many factors which is important to get prematch, but If I have the same situation which is the best in your opinion.
Actually, I ask this question because I would like to get match at the same program with my girl friend, so my plan is if one of us can get prematch somewhere the other one will rank that hospital or nearby hospital to the top of the rank. (I also know about couple matching but I think it is very hard for IMG.)
My score is 98,98. My girl friend score is 94,96

Couples matching isn't that difficult - are you looking for the same program? We take a couple or two every year (yes, IMGs). Good scores for both of you - you shouldn't have a problem with the match.
Prematch offers are usually in late December to January.

my score 99 99 my wife's score 90 94 and we have to go for couples match both for medicine .

hi thats a great news for the couples which coll are u from bbb and are prematch offers only in dec jan or even earlier?

Manak - I work in an internal medicine residency program in ..... oops almost wrote the name of it...... As far as I have hear, most prematches are in December to January. Some could be earlier - there are no rules about them......
