I readed in some post that there would be some difference in the questions for img's and for peopel who try the exam abroad US. Do you all have any news about that?
i readed there would be much more bioch and biol compair to who try the exam in US. Any confirm?

Hi,
Listen USMLE is a standardised exam ....... Everyone's exam is different whether u r in usa or abroad........its not that the exam is setup harder purposely for the imgs , its just that we have studied according to a different pattern and find it challenging !

I have been told the same , but I donot think so,the only reson behind that was the img s trying exam out side US have the better scores , so the exam must be easier there .but and in the US i have seen the IMG s with good scores , so I donot know if it is like that . just study.

I think itīs the same test for IMGs, US seniors and all the aplicants for USMLE or ECFMG. I agree with workingvhard, the thing is that we (some IMGs) have had a different program in the career, so sometimes itīs harder for us to do that kind of test, but there isnīt any problem, just study hard and youīll do it well.
