Hi, i need someone to confirm or correct me in differences btw hn-RNA and m-RNA: i'm not sure if i understand it well. hn-RNA: 7meG cap, utr, exons, introns, utr, polytail m-RNA: the same without introns. please, correct me if i'm not right or confirm if you agree. thank you in advance.

when you get the hnrna it has to be process by adding a 5'cap et 3'poly tail and the last step is splicing by getiing intron out . then you get your mrna ready to get out of the nucleus. hope I help you but this process is only limited to eucaryote not bacteria. If I made a mistake can somebody shed some light .

addition of 5'cap is a co-transcriptional phenomena while addition of poly a-tail at the 3' end is a post-transcriptional phenomenA therefore - 5'cap is a part of hnRNA while polyA tail is a part of mRNA rest of the info is accurate!
