I am very nervous...need to know will I pass......first of all I would like to tell u about the mistakes that I made ...
1)just forrgot to write vital signs in pt note ,coz they were normal&were not relevant
2)first case was messed up....examine the pt from his lt side(half way ,then reallised)
3)could not counsel 4 patients ....was running out of time...
4)two patients asked me to repeat the sentence(,just one or 2 sentences)
5)in paed case ,....worst case for me.....forgot to ask about normal growth @deveiopment,didn,t ask 4 growth chart....thou it was not with her...but i read it that u s/d always ask about that......forgot to ask about his last visit....otherwise I asked about everything that i c,d in every case......I asked ....was he normal before this?was he toiled trained.....case was of nocturnal enuresis...8 yo boy....one more thing ...worst mistake...i addressed hher son as a baby so she had to tell me that he is not a baby.......i am sure i won,t pass this station....
6)I had to request to 2 pts to repeat the sentence 4 me ........didn,t examine the oral cavity in case sore throat......2 of sps were not very happy ,rest seemed tobe happy with me.... i wrote some the exam that i didn,t do...........
rest was normal.....i was very curtious to them all the time....washed hannds...drapped well ,helped them,tie their gown..greeted warmaly......confident all the time...........the feeling of getting failed is killinnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnng me.....is ther any chance 4 me to pass.............anyone pllllllllllllllease

Dont get nervous, have faith!
Its all about how have you performed. Was it according to their criteria.
Dont get anxious. Just keep it off your mind till the result. I hope you will pass.

hi oggn,
As i have yet to appear for CS so can't comment on your perfomance regarding passing it. But sar can clear your query better as he has already passed it. so have hope,till you get your result.

sar,did u make the same mistakes that i did..&passed.....do u think ,some hope is still there for me....??????
to ravi&everyone who will take step 2cs ,I w/d strongly recommend first aid as a must....don,t even touch the osce........

hi oggn,
After the exam, I couldnt recall how many mistakes i did, how many SPs i councelled etc etc, so i kept quiet and didnt put any question on this forum after my exam. Because this just creates more anxiety. What ever is done is done. Just keep your hopes alive and spirits up!
