young man with multiple papules, plaques and nodules on body and mucosal involvement. The lesion vary in color from purple pink to brown, some of the lesion are irritated and bleed profusely. The patient have blood in urin and in stool. What can be see in this condition:
a Ab to dermal-epidermal jonction
b viral infection of endothelial cell of blood vessels
c Nikolsky sign
d cerebriform sezary cell in peripheral blood
e Pheochromacytoma, medullary carcinoma of thyroid and marfanoid features
