thanks guys. i don't have answers for them. well as for 2, i'm also confused bet. A n B. but most of the pts. seldom resolve bleeding spontaneously, should be A, right?? seems like ectopic preg or threatened abortion.

yes, u just have to judge by the Q stem. If pt. unstable ...admit. If pt. stable baby fine, home near the hosp. send home

you miss an important detail : how is the cervix?, if cervix is close, bleeding stop and very important cramps stop(uterin cramps are specific for inevitable ab. but may be present in threatened some time): first do an ultrasound, if all ok send home, 24-48h bed rest, no activity, no coitus, no douching and no hormon therapy.in any other situation choice b is incorrect. After how present this woman you have two variants: 'a'-if the cervix is close, if the cervix is dilated - counseling regarding the fate of pregnancy- answer 'c' ( is an inevitable abortion)
