i think u can practise in the corporate sector.anyhow as soon as u complete us MBBS u have to register urself in India.that is what we did.

you got to give FMGE exam conducted by National Board Of Examinations,ministry of H and FW,new delhi and register your foreign degree with MCI

that exam as i far as my knowledge is for students doing MBBS elsewhere like Russia/Germany.not for residents.but if someone knows more about it they can post the answer.
