1. erythematous plaques w/ silvery surface



2. flesh-colored lesion w/ round edges & central ulceration



3. (+) dryness, discoloration, thickening of involved skin, blistering, erythema,oozing



4. transient, nonpitting, erythematous wheals



5. well-demarcated papules often on hands, common wart

1- usually extensor surface, non-itchy

2- look for sun exposure, perly ulcer

3-usually flexor surface, associated with Asthma and allergies, itchy

4-itchy, hx of some exopsure to allergen, new drug or food, non rased

5- warts...what else can be said about it?
