what to do next in secondary amenorrhea after negative pregnancy test: progesteron challange or prolactin/TSH leve; discrepancy between kaplan and crush

-if these are abnormal, treat the hyperPRL or hypothyroidism.

-if these are normal, then: progesterone challenge test, if the patient bleeds (anovulation), doesn´t bleed, then estrogen progesterone administration is next.

yes, for sec. amenorrhea u have to rule out the common conditions first.
