Dysfn in appetitive phase. She had experience vaginismus with her ex and now that is triggering the fear or disinterest in sexual intercourse with her new husband.
Chronology is:
Appetitive: desire
Excitement: getting started, preparing the body
Plateau: intensification of Excitement
Orgasm/Ejaculation
Resolution

Maty this is a good q . Are you disagreeing with the thought that she may want to have sex with her new husband but can Not get excited? Sounds to me that your saying she lost all interest in sex because of vaginismus that she had with previous husband.

In women, the excitement phase is when the breast and genital area change because of vasocongestion and the mean result is vaginal lubrication.
She doesn't want to have sex "lack of sexual desire with her new husband " so she is far from the excitement phase.
