For genetics 'First Aid 2004' recommends 'Genetics' by Jorde, 2005, 363p., but I think it is too basic. Personally I'm now reading 'Thompson & Thompson Genetics in Medicine', by Nussbaum, 2004, 444p., but it is textbook, not review and I think it is too detailed, though everyone on this site complains that genetics is very heavily tested on step 1. About molecular biology - I don't know, you can try Dudek's 'H-Y Cell and Molecular Biology', but I think it isn't necessary and you can pick up mol bio info from top rated biochemistry books, such as Lippincott's and/or Rapid review. and of course Kaplan LN.
