Did anybody have the same experience? I have not got the letter yet. I just don't get it. I included all the necessary documents. Why????

:icon_study: My application for step 1 was rejected for 4 times, because I did not call usmle and ask directly to them.I asked to my friends.Please dont do that just call them and learn the reason, and prepare all the papers again because it is a new rule.Bye,

assuming you applied on line, you are supposed to sign a form and send it with supporting documents. ECFMG lets you know by email that they receive the paperwork (you should know your application number), and then in a few days they usually tell by email if they accept the application. They will issue you the USMLE identification number then. Hope this helps.

I did not apply online. Now I know the reason why it was rejected, although I am still waiting for the letter. I sent in my graduation certificate together with English translation. Well, I should use the diploma instead. Hope next time it will go through smoothly.

Hay, I just get my e-mail that they have received my application, I hope that they will not reject it. This is the first time a applied, Lee reapplay I got rejected the first time and now they didi received.

Hello , my application was rejected at first . I also sent them only certificate as you did, but you actually need to send them translation of the few words which are on your diploma ( i think hard cover ), but before that of course call them and ask which translation service they accept , because my freind application was rejected cause they did not accept translation from her. And always send all important letters by certified male, by doing so you will get reply that they received your documents in 4-5 business days.

you mean that once they receive the application, they will tell you if you ARE eligible.If they send you a e-mail telling you thay will check your application.
