Well, in Baylor Medical Center of Dallas...there is no official externship. But i know somebody who asked one of the anasthesiologists if she could shadow him...(she was an anasthesiologist from Turkey) and he had no problem...Also my husband had shadowed one of the Inf Disease doctors from there (my mother was one of the nurses he worked with and she asked him)...so if u have any connections, maybe u could shadow a doc...???!!!
