if u r doing yr exam in 3 days, don't freak out about yr weak points. u r doing great with yr qbank, so have faith in u!!! if u have access to kaplan video, pls. listen genetics part, its wonderful, the teacher explains slow and steady!!! u can listen to drgoljan audio for renal physio part as u mentioned in my exam experience post. its better to listen to expert's explaination when u r nevous to read up yr own about yr weak points. good luck!!!

One last tip, Please know where the drugs act in genetic pathways, for eg ciprofloxacin(floroquinolones), DNA topoisomerase II inhibitor, - it loosens the supercoiling of DNA Protein synthesis inhibitors, all those drugs in pharm, there is atable, Amino glycosides (initiation) Tetracyline- (elongation of chain) Chloramphenicol - peptidyl transferase , and macrolides - i forgot, but look these up on the translation chart of genetics, and know that coz these druga can be integrated to that and you might miss simple queestions coz you didnt know one stupid chart or steps in translation! good luck
