I am IMG graduated in 2002, i have been in US for 3 years now. My english is ok. Working for insurance company i have been in touch with medical records. so i have not been away at all from medicine. I have been working my way through these tests. All i need is CS 2.

I have lots of questions in order to prepare:

1. Number one: I have as reference material ( Is all of this OK or to much?)grin

a) Kaplan Medical USMLE 2 CS

b) Fisrt Aid USMLE 2 CS

c) CS Checklist USMLE 2 CS

d) Blueprints for USMLE 2 CS

e) Mosby A Guide to Physical Examination ( I need to refresh been 2 years now)

f) Videos of physical Examinations.

2. Number 2. Do we have to do fundoscopic examination? (Some books say no)

3. Number 3. How to be direct to the point? ( I dont think 15 minutes is enough)shocked

4. Number 4. How to test for Disdiadochokinesiarolling eyes

5. Number 5. Allen, Buerger, how are these tests performed. raised eyebrow

I would appreciate these questions be answered im sure they will help anyone preparing. As i go in the study, i will come back and add more.... thanks in advance

way too much. Just stick to one or two books. It is an easy test provided you know what they are looking for (any review book should have that)
