1)Gap1: RNA, protein and organelle synthesis
2)S : DNA Synthesis, also histone and RNA synthesis. Centrosome duplicates
3)Gap2: ATP synthesis
4)M: : Mitosis(Prophase, metaphase,anaphase, telophase and cytokinesis)
5)Gap 0: Instead of gap1 in restin cells. Cell cycle is suspended.
