first of all thank you soo much RETRO and BBB......you kinda make this forum a diffrent than any other forum i visited......
here is my case.....i am an img......american citizen...step1(99) step 2 (98) i am to take my step 2cs in the 15th of june in philly .....
i am dreaming about a neurosurgery......but i heard that since i am not a usa medical student .....no chance buddy.... 
i really worked like hell in my step 1 and 2......
what i wanna ask...is.....
1-what do i do ...to improve my chances...of may be getting there....? 
2-i heared about externship...transitional year...observation....i really dont know where to go from there.....how do i find these...will they improve my chances....i mean what is even a transitional year.....{i am ready to give a year and match in 2007 if i did something to get me in neurosurgery
3-i kinda figured about the LOR allready from this forum....thank you all...really....
5-it would be great to hear from anybody.....any hint would be great......
6-yes ....i know....i forgot no. 4 (i am dead tired to go back and fix that}
