can i have my form notarized here in my country (phil) or should it be notarized in the US? thanks... any reply will be appreciated...

My Step 2 form was signed by a notary public in Australia and accepted by ECFMG - so a public notary your own country should be all right. Cheers

FSMB also just accepted my Step 3 form signed by a notary public in Germany - even notary publics from non-English speaking countries are o.k.
