myasthenia gravis:autoimmune destruction of post synaptic ach receptor. eaton lambert:non metastatic manifestation of small cell carcinoma of lung.Threr is defective ach release at NMJ both present with proximal muscle weakness,ocular muscle weakness in myasthenia,reflexes are initially preserved In EL reflexes are absent.

in Eaton Lambert the pahtology is in the presynaptic Ca+ channels

in myesthenia the strength of contraction decreases with continued activity and it increases with continued activity in eaton lambert syndrome

Correct, I could add: -Eaton Lambert: P/Q type Ca+ channels are defective. There are less oculbar/bulbar symptoms than in MG. You´re right.
