this is a poll for yall who already took the test.
when you came in the room:
Did you:
1. extend your hand first and shook?
2. waited for the patient to extend his hand, and shook?
3. did not shake hands.

I shook hand with all of them, and if I remember well, I think I extended my hand to them.
If you read in Kaplan Book the advice about not to extend your hand because of possible cultural differences, don't stress too much over that, I read that too, and at first I was stressing out over what to do in that regards, but believe me, that's the least of your worries!
