I have discovered that Usmle world is on line not hands on expierience.I am looking for the best & the cheapest clinical course.Note that Kaplan is not rated well cf DR Schwarz.Any suggestions

please don't go by the ratings here... (no offense) but usmleworld is higher rated because more people use that than use any live courses. Having done both, schwartz is superior to usmleworld by leaps and bounds. If you have the cash, then please take the course, or both (there is no such thing as money wasted on a live course, especially this one); otherwise only take this course if you feel you are very "borderline" (ie, have a very very bad accent, are very new to the united states, or have failed before) The WORST thing anyone can do is to think that following some Doctor or doing an externship will get them ready for this test. For the cs, only learn from people dealing solely with the cs.
