I am just wondering if anyone has any ideas on whether IMGs can get into Pathology residency programs. I realize that it is one of the more competitive branches and would probably be difficult to get into. My scores on the USMLEs are 99/99/CS passed. I have about 3 years of research experience in the US and a pretty strong LOR from a professor of pathology in research. I want to apply to Pathology if there is atleast a reasonable chance of getting accepted. Also, does anyone have any ideas on IMG friendly programs that sponsor H1 visas? Thanks!

Sorry, I don't know anything about path, but yes many IMGs get in. I think you would be very competitive.
