Abnormally of the sixth aortic arc derivative that produces a shunt in a sick child would take witch direction:

A- Left pulm artery to Aorta
B- Right pulm artery to Aorta
C-Aorta to left pulm artery
D-SVC to IVC
E-Right vent to left vent.

Yes, I too think it is C( PDA. )

It is C.
Before birth, the shunt is normal, form left pulm artery to Aorta and it is called ductus arteriosus.
After birth, the shunt is abnormal, but form Aorta to left pulm art and is called Patent ductus arteriosus.
INDOMETHACIN _________UNDO IT: close it
PROSTAGLANDIN PGE_____PROLONG IT: keep it open
