Hi khryst,
we can start with history asking about many times, day/night, quantity,any freq,urgency,burning,has the child been dry & then started wetting /never been dry at all,any blood in urine,water intake per day, any h/o fever ,review of other systems ,other history of immunization, milestones development,any stresses in the family like arrival of a new sibling or stress at school ,diet ,medications, behaviour of the child .and family h/o esp-father.
I guess that is it pretty much, hope this helps.
