took nbme... please advice..

hi everyone, i just took the nbme exam and did very poorly
. i was doing well with qbank.. so i thought i'd give this a try.. man i feel like i didn't retain anything.. anyone else who overcame this and was successful in step 1? what did u do?
any advice is appreciated.. thank you.
