A 30 yr. old lady of african origin, at 4 month gestation, came to the clinic because of a unilateral painless breast mass and a swelling in the homolateral axillary region. Biopsy done under general anaesthesia and histologic studies reveal invasive ca of the breast, and most likely metastatsis atlleast of the regional lymph nodes. Patient's general conditions are fair 1) The lady however is at 4th month of gestation. what is the next stage in management? 2)before the biopsy, the gyneacologist did general anaesthesia. what are the possible damages on the 4 month old fetus? 3)what will be your advise to the patient? thanx for your reply
