Pt with lung disease underwent spirometry, the result shows:
decrease TLC, RV, VC
normal FEV1/FVC, FEF 25-75%,
decrease DLCO
the most likely diagnosis?
a. Chronic bronchitis

it s a restrictive lung disease, eg. pulm fibrosis.
