A vancomycin oral, but if answer B is metronidazol oral then its B coz its cheaper but same effect.

metronidazole orally is prefered but not because of the cost ..but because the limitation of using vancomycine which is needed

Also, for vancomycine resistance develops much more quickly, than for metro.
