A) 59yrs old male with CHF In this patient the ideal drug is bete blocker but not other once so I will go for A

the fragment of text about Beta Blockers CI in CHF, must be the older text. By placing people with CHF on beta blockers, carefull at that!!!, you prevent further remodeling of myocytes. Anyway, C is the answer, as already stated by Mash.
