Dear friends, Ive been a silent follower of this forum and heres my 2 cents:
The exam is DOABLE ! I was so concerned about time but I finished 5 minutes remaining in all blocks except the last block where I was bit tired and got stubborn and spent 4 mintues on a Neurology Q!!!
I scored %65 in UW and %76 in kaplan simulated cd and so I walked into setp 2 with optimism. There were tricky quesions and also very simple questions. Fortunately I felt that theres not too many Q where I had no clue about it but know that they will ask ANYTHING ! I had one Q about Herbal medicine !!! I also had 2 Q from biochem !!! That really pisssed me off although I felt I got one right. I had few cardio( no EKG at all !!!) and many respratory cases and I also felt that the last block was harder than the rest. I felt thats unfair but it might be just my perception. At the end I had 6/10 back pain for sitting for 9 hours at a computer with awful monitor (too flickering and teasing).
I hope that these helps folks as other's writings helped me. please ask if theres any Q and post your opinions.
I need a high score on this SO PLEASE WISH ME LUCK.

Did you notice a lot of physiology, immunology, biochemistry in your exam?

IL12: i felt the OB/GYN Q were pretty straight forward mostly about labor stages.
r753_2000: there was many physiopath. Q but I felt if you have a good base from step 1 it shouldnt be a big deal. Immunology, no, can't remember many stuff really. but like I said two pure biochem.
