hey, I am looking for someone, who excel in CK,

how to differentiate atopic dermatitis, urticaria-angioedema, contact dermatitis?

thanks.

what is ck by the way,

i will try to explain whatever i know. first of all eczema and dermatitis are synonymous

atopic dermatitis is genitically predisposed condition, there may be history of asthma, hay fever etc. it is IgGmediated, patient is allergic to many different antigens.

Contact dermatitis is type 4 hypersensitivity reaction to varous items such as nickel, rubber etc.

Angioedema is perhaps some reaction related to some dysfunction of complement and i think it is non pruritic. (correct me if i m wrron).

any comments from anyone most welcome.
