No , he is incorrect. It was kind of a trick q. All of those choices can show atypical lymphs.

haha i knew hepatitis can cause atypical lymphoytes .... but was'nt sure abt hep.A !!!wink

SOME ADDITION -Measles,Mumps,Varicella also show atypical lymphocytosis.

Almost all viral infections cause them.
