can any one please tell me whether we do lachmann's & mcmurray's maneuvers in cases typically showing signs of arthritis & no history of trauma?
also do we have to do a complete neurological exam in a case of headache?

ok guys,i figured it out myself :|
i guess we do above maneuvers just in case of trauma to the knee.
as far as headache is concerned,i guess we do HEENT,neuro(cranial nerves,DTRs,sensation)+quick heart auscultation.
what do u all say?
do we need to squeeze in mini mental status & motor strength too?anything else :?:
