I agree with all except that I am not sure whether u can give epinephrine to someone with VT. I think that will increase chances of converting it to VF. Let me know, Thanks, Amit Joshi.

you give epinephrine or other vasopressors(vasopressin) in pulseless vt(as I mention above) and for wide complex vt, we don't use epinephrine. Hope I'm clear. :? Tamriko
