VF, PULSELESS VT-DEFIBRILATE, EPINEPHRINE, LIDOCAINE(GOOD IN CHILDREN).
WIDE COMPLEX VT-LIDOCAINE(IN CHILD), VERAPAMIL,LIDOC,PROCAINAMIDE(IN ADULT).
AF-DILTIAZEM,VERAPAMIL, CARDIOV..
ATRIAL FLUTTER-VERAPAMIL.
SVT-ADENOSINE, VERAPAMIL, CARDIOVRSION

I agree with all except that I am not sure whether u can give epinephrine to someone with VT. I think that will increase chances of converting it to VF.

you give epinephrine or other vasopressors(vasopressin) in pulseless vt(as I mention above) and for wide complex vt, we don't use epinephrine.
