You're right.

Endocarditis Prophylaxis:

Above Diaphragm procedures
Amoxicillin (Clindamycin if allergic)

Below Diaphragm procedures
Ampicillin + Gentamicin (Vancomycin + Gentamicin if allergic)

Endcocarditis Treatment:
Nafcillin + Penicillin + Gentamicin
Vancomycin + Gentamicin (IV Drug users)
