hey snowy,congrats for passing CS,i have to appear for CS in chicago in nov. Could you please suggest any reasonable hotel accomodation there. & how will be weather over there in nov.

for everyone taking the exam in chicago..everone at the exam centre is very friendly..i had a total of 12 cases..the cases were very simple and easy..just know how to go about taking the history and a basic physical examination..dont forget to do things like knocking on the door..shaking hands..introducing yourself..washing hands before examination..taking permission beofre you examin and telling your findings{you dont have be exact}just briefly tell whatever you felt..and ask if they have any questions or conerns..im sure if you do this more than 50 percent of your problem is solved..i practised for around 2 weeks..did the usmleworld cases..for those of you who arent from the states do practise writing the patient notes also..just follow the format given in usmleworld or first aid..
ravi the weathers going to be cold in november..prob not snow though by then..thanks fo rour wishes..i have my exam next thursday.

I have to ask you a silly question since I am still struggling with PN (write or type). Some one at other forum told me it will be a papermate pen. I have a papermate pen at hand which is the worst in the world. It is brand new. However, the ink doesn't come out at the same speed as I write. So all I see is broken prints. I wonder if you still remember what kind of pen we are going to get. It would be great if you could show me a picture or url (usually when you google you will see different kind). If they provide the same type as what I have now, I would definitely go for typing althoght it is hard to type when you are nervous.
