28 yr old female ingested large number of acetaminophen as a suicide measure. She is suffering from major depression and has DM type 2. Despite appropriate therapy she develops hepatic failure and progresses to encephalopathy. On 6th day she in coma. A appropriate liver donor is available. What next?

a) Do not do liver transplant coz she will attempt suicide again coz of depression
b) Do not do liver transplant coz of encephalopathy contraindication
c) Do not do trasnplant coz of diabetes
d) Do not do transplant coz liver function will be normal in one week
e) Go ahead with transplant

E. Ethical issue. but the medical issue at hand is the failed liver in 28 yo, whose encephalopathy will resolve with transplant. gotta go with transplant.
